Shipping policy

Top Copy Records is committed to fast, secure, and reliable shipping for every order processed through our Shopify-powered storefront. All vinyl records are carefully packed in premium record mailers—such as Mighty Mailers or Whiplash-style mailers—with added padding and corner protection to minimize the risk of damage in transit.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Through Shopify’s integrated checkout, shipping rates and estimated delivery times are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected carrier/service. Once your order has shipped, Shopify will generate and send a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package in real time.

We currently offer domestic and international shipping to select regions via our Shopify platform. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country’s regulations, and delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services. 

Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are accurate at checkout; Top Copy Records is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted through Shopify. If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review the situation and work toward a fair resolution.
